On the occasion of the study tour to Germany, on 3 July 2013, the MoLISA Vice Minister Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phi – Vietnam’s delegation Leader visited the International HCD (Human Capacity Development) Institute of GIZ in Germany. During this visit, the delegation had the opportunity to discuss with the ILT participants, trainers and managers about the progress of ILT programme “Media Development” and “TVET, Climate Change and Green Jobs” for Vietnam, Lao and Indonesia. Participants from Vietnam also introduced their transfer projects to the delegation which will be implemented in Vietnam when they are back at their institutes.
