The training offer of LILAMA 2 International Technology College (LILAMA 2) is enhanced. Three online further training courses were added to the training portfolio on I 4.0 applied CNC programming and operation of CNC milling and turning machines:
C1 – Fundamental DIN/ISO Programming – CNC-Turning and Milling (40h)
C2 – Advanced DIN/ISO programming – CNC Turning (60h) (Turning with driven tools (C – and Y – axis) and turning with counter spindle)
C3 – Advanced DIN/ISO Programming – CNC Milling (60h) (Milling with 3-axis and milling with 3+2 axis – swiveling in accordance with DIN/ISO
The three online courses mark the start of a series of hybrid further trainings on industry applied CNC programming with SINUMERIK 840D . LILAMA 2’s highly competent master trainers for CNC technology and smart manufacturing – Ms Phan Thi Anh Tu, Mr Le Tuyen Giao and Mr Nguyen Xuan Huy – implemented the trainings and course assessments oriented on the German training and examination standard in the period from 27 December 2021 to 22 February 2022.
20 technicians and trainers of national and international renowned manufacturing companies (Martech Boiler, Becamex IDC, Vietnam Metal Hardware, Schaeffler, Austal, ISHISEI) and teachers of TVET institutes and universities (LILAMA 2, Ho Chi Minh College of Technology II, An Giang Vocational College, Central Vocational College of Transportation II – Hai Phong, Da Nang Vocational College, Eastern International University) participated successfully in the further training courses and will receive a certificate on course completion.
The practice-oriented training courses were conducted in the frame of the Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP) Vocational Training for Smart Manufacturing in Machine Tools. The DPP is implemented jointly by the cooperation partners Siemens Limited Company Vietnam, LILAMA 2 International Technology College and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (represented by the Programme Reform of TVET in Vietnam) and supported by the develoPPP.de programme of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
