The course laid a good foundation for effective workshop management at the institutes.

The Introductory course on workshop management received good evaluation from all participants. Trainees ranked the training content and training methods at good or very good level. They all found the course useful for their work at the institutes and planned to apply what had been learnt to improve or change the way of working at their own institute especially those related to utilization capacity of machines, maintenance of equipments/tools and arranging workplace oriented practical training.
