On 28 July 2022, the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) issued Decision No. 766/QĐ-TCGDNN on promulgating a management skills training programme for in-company coordinators. The Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam (TVET Programme) is supporting DVET to develop a network of master trainers from TVET institutes, who can then deliver the training for the in-company coordinator. In 2021, the Covid-19 mitigation measure has made presence training activities impossible. Meanwhile, the TVET Program has worked on digitizing the learning content of the training course through complementing it with presentations, videos, digital reading material, discussion exercises and tests during and at the end of the course.

Given this context, DVET and the TVET Programme are co-hosting an online training course to transfer the developed digital training programme and capacitate master trainers at the partner TVET institutes.
