In the framework of dissemination activities of the German standard training programme on Metal Cutting (MC) and Industrial Electronics (IE), from 28 to 30 June 2022, the core teachers from Bac Ninh College of Industry (03 teachers of MC, 03 teachers of IE) and Vietnamese German Technical College of HA Tinh (03 teachers of MC) had conducted the site visit and technical exchange at LILAMA 2 International Technology College (LILAMA 2). This activity was carried out with the goal of providing professional technical support and sharing experiences in implementing the Cooperative Training at LILAMA2.
During three working days, the multipliers from LILAMA 2 accompanied the core teachers from Ha Tinh and Bac Ninh to carry out series of activities with 06 main targets: (1) visiting the facilities at LILAMA 2; (2) class observation of training sessions for students at LILAMA 2; (3) professional technical exchange and practicing the compilation of teaching and learning materials; (4) sharing experiences in cooperation with business sector in cooperative training; (5) sharing methods of planning and building training content, including methods of student management at enterprises; (6) sharing methods of organising the examinations (part 1 and part 2) for both German standard training programmes.
During the site visit and technical exchange, the core teachers from Bac Ninh and Ha Tinh directly shared the difficulties and challenges that both colleges encountered in the process of training implementation, thereby allowing the multipliers from LILAMA 2 to support in providing consultations and recommendations that are appropriate to the current situation of both colleges. The core teachers of IE from Bac Ninh were also able to do site visit to equipment and tools for training and assessment examination, at the same time, part of the training content has been compiled. In particular, the core teachers from Bac Ninh and Ha Tinh also had the opportunity to visit and observe a training session of LILAMA 2 at QH Plus company (Phu My, Ba Ria – Vung Tau)

From 2021, the multipliers from LILAMA 2 have collaborated with development advisor of the Prorgramme “Reform of TVET in Vietnam” to support the dissemination of German standard training programmes on Metal Cutting, Mechatronics, and Industrial Electronics at 07 partner colleges in the system. This activity was held within the component “Supporting High-Quality TVET Institutes” as part of the Vietnamese German “Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam”. The programme is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) together with the Vietnamese Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA).
