Saigon Zoo was crowded by thousands of visitors celebrating the Deutschland-Fest 2017 on 22 April. In good tradition Germany presented its links to Viet Nam in culture, economy and education.
Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is one priority areas of the Vietnamese-German Development Cooperation. Therefore, the Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam and its partner, LILAMA 2 International Technology College (LILAMA 2) used the opportunity to present their activities to the wider public.
More than 1,000 interested guests of all ages informed themselves about TVET as a career option and LILAMA 2’s service as an internationally linked provider for labour market driven training offers. Additionally, the guests enjoyed training their skillfulness at LILAMA 2’s little technical toy box, creating a lot of fun for all ages.
The Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
